Opening Prayer<br><br>Pray slowly, out loud if possible:<br><br>Father God,<br>Today I present my body as a living sacrifice.<br>I lay down my strength, my plans, and my control.<br>As my body hungers, let my spirit grow attentive to You.<br>I do not fast to be seen—I fast to draw near.<br>Speak, Lord.
